What we sell
Aperios Group sells recurring access to software and related implementation and support services. These are digital services, not physical goods. There is no product return shipping process.
Cancellation
- You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email on the account, or through any customer portal we provide.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period already paid, unless we agree in writing to an earlier stop date.
- Cancel at least one business day before the next renewal if you do not want that renewal charged.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions. The current month is generally non-refundable after the service period has started. We will refund a duplicate charge or a renewal billed after a timely cancellation request.
- Annual subscriptions. If you cancel within 14 days of the first annual charge and have not made substantial use of the service, we will refund the annual fee. After 14 days, unused months are not automatically refunded unless required by law or we agree in writing.
- Setup or one-time services. Completed implementation work is non-refundable. Unused prepaid work may be refunded at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe when possible.
Disputes
Contact [email protected] before opening a card dispute. Include your business name, receipt email, charge date, and amount. We will investigate and reply within two business days. Unresolved billing disputes are handled under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Chargebacks
If a charge is disputed with the card issuer, we may pause access while the dispute is open. Confirmed valid charges remain due.
